Abdullah holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from King’s College London and a BSc in Business Management from Bayes Business School. His combination of financial acumen, international experience, and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English positions him as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to grow and succeed in the GCC.

Maher Abduselam, Esq., CPA

Founding Partner

A seasoned advisor with over a decade of experience in mergers, acquisitions, tax strategy, and succession planning. Maher holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting, a Juris Doctorate, and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed attorney in the United States.
